To excavate and construct culvert to carry heavy oil and brine pipelines. Shaft access point formed within 1.5m of live rail track alongside caustic tanked loading point. Pre-cast units were then lowered into position followed by 'open cut' excavation to allow placement of the pre-cast units to form the culvert approximately 60m in length. This was then sealed and backfilled complete with all services upto original ground level to allow re-laying of rail tracks.
